1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, or submitting a loan application through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. What this site does

This website allows eligible individuals and groups to submit a loan application for review by FreshKart India Private Limited. Submitting an application is a request for review — it is not a loan offer, approval, or guarantee of funds. Applications are reviewed by our team, who will contact you regarding eligibility, required documents, and next steps.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and submitting an application. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law to use this site.

4. Application-processing charge

A flat, disclosed application-processing charge is paid by scanning the UPI QR code shown during your application and uploading a screenshot of the payment, after you upload your documents and before your application proceeds to review. We verify each payment against our account records, and an application may be returned to you if the payment cannot be confirmed. This charge covers the cost of processing your application — it is not a loan disbursal, a loan fee, or a guarantee of approval, and it is non-refundable once your application enters review, except where required by law.

5. Documents you submit

You confirm that any documents you upload are genuine, belong to you (or your group, where applicable), and are provided for the purpose of this application. Submitting false or misleading documents may result in your application being rejected and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.

6. One application at a time

You may not submit a new loan application while you have an existing application that is submitted, under review, or awaiting further documents. You may apply again once your existing application has been approved or rejected.

7. No guarantee of approval

Submitting an application, uploading documents, and paying the application-processing charge does not guarantee that your loan will be approved. All applications are subject to internal eligibility review at FreshKart's sole discretion.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to bypass our bot-verification checks, submitting fraudulent applications, or attempting to access another user's account or data.

9. Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshKart India Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts local to FreshKart's registered office.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
